We are confident that you will love your Fresh Purple purchase but if you are not 100% satisfied we operate the following Returns Policy for your Peace of Mind.



We offer a 30 day Refund & Exchange Policy so you don’t have to worry if you change your mind. All we ask is that you return your item unused and in its original packaging (pierced earrings remain unopened in their sealed plastic bag) to us within 30 days of the order dispatch date.

However, several type of goods are exempt from our Returns Policy. 

  • Personalized items
  • Bespoke items
  • Special Orders (orders made specially for customers on stock or quantity that we don't normally carry)
  • Gift cards
  • Gift wrapping



Before you return any item, please Register Your Return Online, so that we know what is coming.

We recommend using trackable shipping service (and considering buying insurance if your item is particularly valuable) when sending your item back to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Once your return arrives, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will also notify you and process the refund or exchange immediately. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately but please allow 30 days for it to be reflected on your bank account.

If exchanging an item then the replacement item will be sent out free of charge on a standard delivery service. If the exchanged item is less than the price of the original item then we will exchange the difference. If the new item is more then we will contact you.


Faulty Items

All of our products are handcrafted by skilled jewellers and we carry out quality checks regularly, however in the unlikely event of a fault occuring then please contact us immediately at with your order information and we will do our best to fix the problem.

We will cover your shipping cost on returning the item, and any replacement item will sent out at no cost to you.
